I was thinking of adding the following sections to the site:
  1. Download/Upload section for reference documents etc
  2. Picture Album
  3. Blogs - Anyone want to start their own blog?
  4. Twitter equivalent - Any use??
  5. Links
  6. Calendar for what's on - or any other uses you can suggest??
  7. Jobs section - but not sure how to keep it updated or where to get the info from.

Jobs section could be used for members to promote vacancies, also post vacancies from NHS jobs but make it clear that the advert is not affiliated etc

Agree that the jobs section could be useful, especially for bank vacancies

How about the ability to be emailed as soon as a reply to a thread is received ?
