I have a quick question, in your area or service what happens to staff who become pregnant.
Do they continue to work frontline
Has your service carried out a risk assessment for them
Can your service offer suitable alternative employment (light duties).
In my area, the girls used to get facilitated working in HQ doing various admin/audit etc.
Now, with more and more girls in the job management have decided that they can no longer facilitate them in HQ and therefore they have to take Health & Safety leave.
